This appears to be a straight forward standard version of the game. A search for Open Source versions comes up with 'Eliot' (for copyright reasons it can't use the 'S' name). Unfortunately Scrabble is one of those games for which there are a multitude of 'free' downloads of varying levels of 'trustworthy-ness' (you don't want one loaded with Malware).
